Should slower left lane drivers move right?

In some states, like New Jersey, if a speeding car approaches you while you’re driving in the left lane, you’re obligated by law to move over into the right lane.
Now one local police captain wants to see that law put into place in Maryland.
Drivers who obey the law don’t like the law. But drivers who speed like it. Has the story.
