July 9, 2011 - 01:07 pm
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is trying to track down the suspect in an assault that took place last month in which a 17-year-old was beaten.
Authorities say that the 17-year-old was walking in the 400 block of Enterprise Street in Sterling in the early morning hours of June 19 when he was confronted by several male suspects.
One of the suspects assaulted him, at one point with a broken beer bottle. The victim sustained serious injuries, but has since been released from the hospital.
The suspect is described as a 6'3"-6'4" Hispanic male with a pronounced scar on his right cheek. He was possibly driving a green Toyota Tacoma truck.
