Terrance Marquis Bush arrested in homicide of Robert Foster

A third suspect has been arrested in a shooting that took place close to the D.C. Caribbean Carnival.
Terrance Marquis Bush, of Northeast D.C., was arrested pursuant on charges of second-degree murder while armed.
The 19-year-old is charged in the killing of Robert Foster, Jr. Foster was shot on June 25 shortly past 5 p.m. Three others were injured in two shootings in the 700 block of Gresham Place, NW and one in the 700 block of Columbia Road, NW.
Deonte J. Bryant of Northwest Washington, D.C., was July 5. Terry Jiminez, a D.C. native recently living in Buffalo, New York, was arrested previously. Jiminez was also shot and treated at a hospital.
