July 10, 2011 - 12:51 pm
A third plane in the less than 24 hours has been intercepted by fighter jets while flying in restricted airspace near Camp David.
NORAD says that two F-15E fighters intercepted a Cessna 182 that did not respond to radio calls just after 10:30 Sunday morning.
The jets escorted the plane out of the restricted area, then landed at the Carroll County Regional Airport.
On Saturday, NORAD fighter jets intercepted small, general aviation aircraft at about 2:30 and 7 p.m.
