Three arrested for June NE homicide

Authorities arrest three men in connection with a June Northeast D.C. homicide.
On Thursday, police arrested 19-year-old Phillip Charles Swan of Orange, Va.; 21-year-old Theodore Spencer of Unionville, Va.; and 19-year-old Terrell Antwuan Wilson of Culpepper, Va.
Police were called around 5:45 p.m. on June 19 to the 1300 block of Levis Street, NE, where they found Scarborough. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The cause of death is unknown pending an autopsy.
