Two-alarm fire on U Street in Northwest

More than 75 firefighters responded to the scene of a two-alarm fire on U Street in Northwest Friday morning, D.C. Fire reports.
Flames broke out at a liqour store around 5:30 a.m. Friday in the 1300 block of U Street, then spread to an upstairs dance studio. No injuries were reported.
Authorities say the fire caused major damage to the structure. The cause is under investigation.
U Street was shut down for several hours, but has since reopened.
