Two shootings in D.C. overnight under investigation

D.C. Police say they're investigating two shootings in the span of an hour over night.

The first shooting took place at about 1:15 a.m. in the Sursum Corda neighborhood of Northwest D.C. An adult male was shot in the ankle.

About an hour later, a man was shot in the leg in the 100 block of Patteron Street NE.
