Yvette Funmilayo Animashaun, 13-year-old missing from Takoma Park

Takoma Park police are looking for a missing 13-year-old girl who disappeared last week.
Yvette Funmilayo Animashaun was last seen in the 7600 block of Maple Avenue on July 22. Police say she has run away from home several times before.
Animashaun is described as a black female, 5’7” tall, and weighs about 120 pounds. She has black hair that she wears in an afro-hair style, brown eyes and a fair complexion. She also has “7600” tattooed on her chest. Police say was wearing a black head scarf, black shirt and shorts of an unknown color.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 301-270-1100, and refer to case #11035799.
