One person was killed Monday morning when a Super Shuttle van crashed on the eastbound Dulles Access Road, closing lanes for hours.
Three other people, including the driver, were in the van when it crashed. One passenger was taken to an area hospital, while the two others were treated on the scene, police say.
The shuttle had picked up passengers from the Washington Dulles International Airport.
The driver of the shuttle, Macadolph Hoffman of Woodbridge, was charged with reckless driving, according to Rob Yingling of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
The victim was identified as Suvash Kumar Darnal of Nepal.
