I-495 crash, one killed

One man was killed and another taken into custody in a traffic incident Wednesday morning on I-495 near Telegraph Road.
Police said a man stepped out of his vehicle on I-495 after being involved in a minor collision. When the man stepped out of the vehicle, he was struck by another vehicle.
The passenger in the victim’s truck, Je Ki Ma, 42, of Philadelphia, was arrested for public intoxication and taken to Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
