Jack Sherman Rosenberg charged in Prince George's County homicide

A Warrenton, Va., man turned himself in to police Saturday night in connection with a Prince George's County homicide.
Jack Sherman Rosenberg, 56, was charged with first degree murder and was booked into the local jail without bond.
Police said he killed 52-year-old Glenn Albert Herzog Saturday afternoon in the 10100 block of Bignonia Drive over an argument.
