Tampa police have arrested 17-year-old Jared Michael Cano who allegedly planned to kill 32 people at Freedom High School in Tampa, Fl.

The student was planning his attack for the first day of classes and was targeting students and two principals. Police say they found bomb making materials in Cano's bedroom which had the capability of being assembled into a deadly device.

They also found Cano's detailed manifesto which explained his miniute-by-minute plan for the massacre. Law enforcement says there is no indication others were involved and said an anonymous tip is to thank for alerting them of Cano's terrifying plot. Classes are expected to start as planned next week
