Police arrested a 42-year-old man who is accused of raping and kidnapping a woman in Manassas.

Police arrested Lazaro Muchaca Ramos, of Manassas, and charged him with abduction with intent to defile and rape.
On Sunday, police responded to the 10000 block of Mission Ridge Drive in Manassas and discovered a 38-year-old woman who had been detained in the house against her will, police said.
Police also said Ramos raped the woman on Aug. 4.
