Lee Evans traded to Baltimore Ravens
August 12, 2011 - 01:24 pm
A day after the Baltimore Ravens offense couldn't find the end zone in their preseason opener, the team made a deal to add some more firepower to their receiving corps.
ESPN is reporting that the Ravens have made a deal with the Buffalo Bills to ring WR Lee Evans to Baltimore in exchange for a 2012 4th-round draft pick.
Evans has spent his entire career with Buffalo after being being their 1st round pick in 2004. In seven seasons, he has 5,934 receiving yards and 43 touchdowns.
However, Evans production has significantly tailed off since 2008. In 2010, Evans only caught 37 passes for 578 yards.
