Leonard Bigelow shot to death in D.C.

A man was fatally shot late Friday in Washington, D.C., police said.
At 10:43 p.m., police responded to calls of a shooting in the 1300 block of Emerald Street NE, police said.
When officers arrived, they found an unconscious man suffering from a gunshot wound.
The man was taken to a hospital, but pronounced dead at 11:24 p.m.
The man was identified as Leonard Bigelow, 43, of Northeast, D.C., officials said.
No other information was immediately available.
