Man fatally stabbed in domestic dispute; one in custody
A woman is in custody following the stabbing death of a Glen Burnie man Tuesday evening, according to police.
James Gray Pfaff Jr., 47, of the 0-100 block of 5th Avenue in Glen Burnie, Md., suffered stab wounds to his upper torso and died at Baltimore Shock Trauma.
At 8:27 p.m., police responded to the residence at which Pfaff and a 38-year-old woman lived together. Pfaff and the woman had been arguing behind the home. The fight turned physical and both people went inside where the woman then stabbed the man.
The woman who was identified as Phyllis Marie Amonica, suffered minor cuts. It was not immediately known if they were defensive. Police are calling the incident domestic related.
Amonica was arrested and charges are pending at this time.
