Man shot in alley in Md.
Police are looking for a man driving a blue van following a shooting that left one injured in Frederick, Md. early this morning.
At 2:36 a.m., police were in the area of West Patrick Street and North Bentz Street when they heard shots fired, according to a release from Frederick Police.
They found a man suffering from a gunshot would to his leg in the 200 block of West South Street. He was taken to Washington County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The man and the shooter were fighting in the area of Gaither Alley, east of North Bentz Road when the attacker shot at the man multiple times before fleeing in a blue van, the release said.
No other information was immediately available.
