Outer loop, beltway, man found dead

Police are continuing to investigate the death of a man found dead in a truck on the shoulder of the Beltway near I-95 Wednesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Jon D. Thomas, 52, of New York, NY.
Maryland State Police were alerted to the man at about 9 a.m. Wednesday. The man was found slumped over in a box truck parked on the shoulder of the outer loop of I-495 near the I-95 north split.
There were no signs of the trauma to the man’s body or signs of foul play. The vehicle also didn’t appear to be in an accident.
