Peter Cifala arrested, charged with Arlington bank robbery

A Washington man was arrested and charged Friday in connection with an Arlington bank robbery, and police think he may have been involved with a string of crimes over the past three months.

Peter Cifala, 57, was charged with bank robbery and is being held at the Arlington County Detention Center.
Police continue to investigate other bank robberies in the area. The investigation into those is ongoing and other charges against Cifala may be brought.
