Phase 1 of Brandywine Interchange Project complete

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Phase 1 of the Brandywine Interchange Project is complete.
Gov. Martin O'Malley and U.S. Rep. Steny Hoyer are scheduled to hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday in Brandywine.
The project is being built to ease congestion and improve traffic safety in Prince George's and Charles counties.
The ceremony is taking place at MD 5 and Brandywine Road.
