Power outage in Columbia Heights

PEPCO reports about 1,700 customers in Columbia Heights in Northwest D.C. are without power.
The company stated that this is a different outage not related to Hurricane Irene. The affected customers numbers are 1,709 at this time. PEPCO working to restore power now.
The problem is a locked out feeder and the councilmember was notified.
