Quindell Mercer, man wanted in Fort Washington double homicide, captured

A man wanted in connection with a double murder in Fort Washington has been caught in Prince George's County, ABC7 News reports.
Quindell Mercer, 34, was arrested for the slaying of Patricia Mercer Harris and Frank Lamar Harris, who were killed in their Fort Washington home on Aug. 4. He is charged with two counts of murder, ABC7 News reports.
Mercer is a family member of the victims. Mercer is wanted on an unrelated North Carolina warrants for assault.
