Rafael Page arrested, accused of inappropriately touching woman

Police arrested a 29-year-old man on an accusation that he inappropriately touched a woman at a Giant grocery store in Silver Spring.

Police arrested Rafael Page Friday during a traffic stop in D.C. He is awaiting extradition to Montgomery County.
He is accused of touching a woman on Aug. 7 at about 9:45 a.m. as the woman was entering the Giant Store, located in the 1200 block of East West Highway.
