Streets closed in SE after gas line rupture

Authorities are closing streets near Yuma Street and 8th Street in SE D.C. after a construction worker ruptured a gas line Thursday morning.
The gas leak occurred in the 800 block of Yuma Street SE. Authorities are closing the 800 block of Yuma Street, the 800 block of Xenia Street and the 4000 block of 8th Street.
Commuters are advised to use other routes.
