Suspect sought in NW armed carjacking

D.C. police are investigating an armed carjacking in Northwest.
Police say a man with a weapon carjacked a silver 2011 Mercedes S550 with D.C. license plates shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of Shepherd Street.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 6’2” tall, with a light complexion. He was wearing a black mask, dark colored shirt and blue jeans.
