Terrance McNeil arrested in Southeast fatal stabbing

D.C. police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of 53-year-old Charles Hicks, of Southeast.
Terrance McNeil, 31, also from Southeast, is charged with second degree murder while armed.
On June 19, police found Hicks in the 2600 block of Douglas Road suffering from stab wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
McNeil was taken into custody on June 8.
