Va. power outage causes Arlington traffic delays

Dominion Power is reporting nearly 200 outages in Northern Virginia, which is causing some traffic delays in Arlington.
One lane of eastbound Lee Highway near George Mason Drive is open in both directions due to the outage. Police are direction traffic in the area.
