Woman dies in Stafford County house fire

A woman died in a house fire in the Northwest part of Stafford County Friday, fire officials said.
Firefighters were called around 8:11 p.m. to the single-family home at 72 Arrowhead Dr. Fire officials say the woman was trapped inside the house.
Heavy smoke was floating throughout the single-family home. Firefighters went into the house to find the trapped woman, but could only locate her body.
A man in his 70s who was already outside the house when firefighters arrived was taken to a hospital suffering from burns. One firefighter suffered a back injury and was also taken to a hospital to be check on. The Fire Marshal is investigating.
