Accokeek crash kills one, injures one

Prince George's County Police are investigating whether drivers were racing when a fatal crash occurred on Indian Head Highway in Accokeek on Friday morning.
One person is dead and at least one more injured after the crash, which occurred at about 1:30 a.m. The crash involved at least three vehicles.
The deceased has been identified by police as 43-year-old Maurice Proctor of Accokeek.
Police say racing may be a factor in the crash, but they are still investigating those claims.
There is no further word on the condition of the other victim.
All lanes of Indian Head Highway reopened at about 6:30 a.m.
