BRAC traffic plan takes effect in Alexandria

Beginning today, a new traffic plan takes effect near the Mark Center in Alexandria.
It’s designed to ease congestion as workers move to the new location.
During rush hour, police will patrol several intersections to keep traffic moving.
Congressmen Gerry Connolly tells our news partners at WTOP that many improvement save been made to ease gridlock, but more are needed.
