D.C.'s DMV to increase fees Oct. 1

Starting October 1, D.C.'s Department of Motor Vehicles will increase fees on driver's license and vehicle registration services.
The fee to obtain a duplicate driver's license, duplicate learner's permit, temporary driver's license and ID card, change of address and duplicate registration card will rise from $7 to $20.
The price of a residential parking permit will rise from $15 to $25 for people 65 years or older and $15 to $35 for all other registered users.
