Several D.C. streets have been shut down because of the International Monetary Fund/World Bank Board of Governors meetings.

The closures will began at 6:30 a.m. Friday and will last through 5 p.m. on Sunday.

There will be no northbound traffic permitted at the intersection of 19th and G Street NW. Southbound traffic also will not be permitted at 19th and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. On 18th Street NW, the intersections westbound at H and G Street NW, will be closed.

On 20th Street NW, the westbound intersections at H and G Street NW, will be closed as will the intersections eastbound at G and H Street NW.

Officials say streets that lead to the closed streets also may be restricted to local traffic only.
