Arlington Boulevard reopens after fatal hit-and-run

Two lanes of eastbound Arlington Boulevard have reopened while police continue to investigate a fatal hit-and-run that occurred on the busy highway early Friday morning.
Det. Crystal Nosal says a man in his early 20's was struck and killed near North Queen Street around 3 a.m. Friday morning.
Police identified the victim as 23-year-old Zorigoo Munkhbayar of Arlington.
The eastbound lanes of Arlington Boulevard were completely shut down for several hours in the aftermath of the crash.
As of 10:13 a.m., all lanes on Route 50 have been reopened.
