Flooding closes 7th St ramp to I-395

UPDATE (7:26 a.m.): DDOT reports that the ramp has reopened.
ORIGINAL STORY: Heavy rain has caused water to pool at the entrance to the 7th Street SW ramp to Interstate 395 in D.C. this morning, according to officials.
The ramp onto northbound I-395 has been closed, according to the D.C. Dept. of Transportation.
It was not immediately known when the roads would be re-opened.
