Man accused of peeping arrested in Odenton
Police have arrested a man accused of burglarizing a home in Odenton and peeping through a window at the residence.
The suspect is charged with first, third and fourth degree burglary, attempted theft under $100, peeping tom and private place prurient intent.
On September 23, police say officers responded to the 2000 block of Brigadier Boulevard for a report of a burglary. Upon arrival, a male resident told them that he found his neighbor in the basement of the home without permission. He says the suspect then left the home and asked him not to call police.
Authorities later arrested the man at his home nearby.
An investigation revealed that the suspect had unlawfully entered the home on other occasion. Detectives also discovered that the suspect had went into his neighbor’s home to take clothing belonging to a female from the same residence. Police say the suspect was also caught peering into a window of the home.
