OPM creates task force after report revealed $601M was paid to dead people

Federal News Radio reports: The Office of Personnel Management has created a task force on improper payments after an inspector general report revealed that the agency has paid $601 million in retirement benefits to dead people.
Director John Berrys aid the agency has already recovered or resolved $487 million of the money in question and the agency is working on the rest.
