Pedestrian struck in Fairfax County; WB Little River Turnpike closed

A pedestrian was struck in Fairfax County, prompting the closure of westbound Little River Turnpike Friday morning.
Officials say it happened near the intersection of Little River Turnpike and Lincoln Avenue around 6:16 a.m.
The scene was cleared around 7:30 a.m.
Traffic is being rerouted to Beauregard Street.
No further details were immediately available.
