Power outage planned in Frederick

FREDERICK, Md. (AP) - Allegheny Power says it's planning a power outage in downtown Frederick Sunday night.
The outage is scheduled from 10 p.m. Sunday through 8 a.m. Monday.
The company says it will affect 115 customers in the first blocks of North Court, West Church, North Market and West Patrick streets.
Allegheny says the outage is part of the company's fuse canister replacement program.
