Shevar Fisher, Ricky Bratcher arrested anc charged in burglaries
Prince George's County police say two men were arrested and accused of being part of a burglary ring that has hit multiple neighborhoods during the last eight months.
Shevar Fisher and Ricky Bratcher are now under arrest charged in connection to five burglaries and may be responsible for more than 70.
The two men live here in the Applegate Community, where police say they started their spree back in February.
The pair, along with two juveniles, burglarized homes in the following camp springs communities: Hartford Hills, Applegate, Middleton Valley and Yorkshire Village, police say.
Prince George's County police say in most cases they entered through the back door.
“Most individuals were at work so they would go around the rear,” said Maj James Harper of the Prince George’s County police. “So we would also look at some of the items that were taken. There were some big ticket items like flat screen TVs.”
In the Hartford Hills Community, a neighbor saw a home being burglarized and called police.
