Southbound I-95 closed near Prince William Parkway

UPDATE (10:04 a.m.): The scene has been cleared and the lanes of southbound I-95 appear to have been reopened.
ORIGINAL STORY: A portion of southbound Interstate 95 in Prince William County is shut down due to an accident.
All of the southbound lanes of I-95 near the Prince Wililam Parkway are closed. A medevac helicopter has landed in the lanes of traffic.
Traffic delays reportedly stretch for at least three miles.
