Workout Kid C.J. Senter aims to fight child obesity

Bizmology reports: A 10-year-old's passion for working out has spawned a series of workout DVDs that are taking America by storm.
C.J. Senter has introduced his own 40-minute workout DVDs called "Workout Kid." He promises results in 90 days through muscle confusion and its aim is to get fellow youth to get off the couch and get ripped.
Senter, from Atlanta, aspires to be a football player.
The DVDs aren't trying to cater to adults. It's a workout for kids by kids.
