Alexandria gas station robbed, employee pleading for his life caught on camera
An employee of an Alexandria Shell gas station was caught on video surveillance begging for his life when two armed men robbed the station early Sunday, Franconia Police said.
The robbery occurred around 5:05 a.m. at the Shell Gas station at 6451 Edsall Road.
The two men demanded money from a 27-year-old store clerk and one of the men displayed a gun. The clerk complied and both men fled with an undisclosed amount of money.
No one was injured.
The robbers are described as African American and 5-foot-10 to 6-foot-2 inches tall.
