October 27, 2011 - 01:20 pm
Police arrested a 53-year-old custodian on charges that he secretly videotaped a woman in a shower at a counseling center in Prince William County.
Police arrested Americo Rudolpho Rodriguez-Zabalbeascoa, of Woodbridge, on three counts of unlawful taping. He is currently held without bond.
Police said a staffer reported to police this week that they found a camera hidden in the shower area of the Healing Hearts Counseling Center.
Police said Rodriguez-Zabalbeascoa, a custodian at the counseling center, put the camera in the facility to videotape a female worker at the facility.
