Body found on top of tractor trailer on I-95 in Lorton

Authorities have stopped a tractor-trailer on I-95 in Lorton after a body was found on the roof of the truck.
Police received a call from a motorist who noticed the body at about 3 p.m. Police stopped the truck near mile marker 166 and discovered the body.
A Virginia State Police spokesman says they believe the person jumped from a Maryland overpass.
Authorities on Wednesday identified the deceased as Jeffrey Matheny, 38, of Gaithersburg.
