October 3, 2011 - 11:33 am
The Baltimore Washington International Airport will begin offering seasonal, twice-weekly non-stop flights to Frankfurt, Germany.
Condor Airlines, a German airline, will be the airline offering the service.
"This new route gets our passengers within easy reach of two attractive destinations on the eastern coast of the USA," explained Ralf Teckentrup, Condor CEO. "Both Baltimore and the U.S. capital Washington DC are directly linked to the airport."
Frankfurt Airport is one of the top 10 busiest airports worldwide. The city itself is a major European hub market, a Condor Airlines news release said.
