Capital Beltway Outer Loop closed at Dulles Toll Road

All lanes of the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway are open after a multi-car accident shut the busy freeway down entirely in northern Fairfax County.

All lanes of the Beltway before the Dulles Toll Road were closed for about an hour after the wreck.
Delays stretch for about 5 1/2 miles.
