Child struck in Northeast

A child was hit in Northeast this morning, police said.
About 10:45 a.m., a child was hit in the 1100 block of Eastern Avenue NE, Metropolitan Police said.
Police are looking for a a black or blue Buick they believe may have hit the child.
No other information was immediately available.
