Daybreak Daily’s afternoon peep at the pop-culture world finds why Howard Stern sidekick Robin Quivers rebuffed DWTS, reveals a hacker, and much more.

LOYAL ROBIN: Per E!, “Now we'll never know if Robin Quivers can shake her booty.

Howard Stern's Sirius satellite show sidekick joined an on-air staff conversation today about side gigs when the shock jock revealed he recently refused a very big offer on a show (he would not say which one) because he was afraid it would interfere with his first love, radio.
Robin agreed, saying her job with Howie comes first—and that she's practically fighting off the DWTS producers at this point.

So why would she turn them down? Although she seemed pretty stoked about having been asked, Stern's favorite radio lady said there was no possible way she could fly out to L.A., get up that early to practice, appear on the show and still make it to New York to be on the radio in the mornings. "I've turned down Dancing With the Stars three times now," she said.” http://eonli.ne/nEWRE6

CELEBRITY HACKER REVEALED: Per TMZ, “The FBI just released the grand jury indictment of a man who allegedly hacked into the email accounts of 50 victims, including dozens of celebrities. The indictment was issued against 35-year-old Christopher Chaney of Jacksonville, Florida. He was arrested this morning by FBI agents, on charges of identity theft, wiretapping and other charges. Some of the alleged victims include Christina Aguilera, Scarlett Johansson, Mila Kunis, and celebrity stylist Simone Harouche. Some of the ill-gotten materials included naked photos.” http://bit.ly/pezCrG

STEVE JOBS PROFILE: Per Rolling Stone, “An in-depth cover story written by contributing editor Jeff Goodell, who first met Jobs back in 1980 when he took a job at Apple. "I had no idea what computers would amount to," Goodell writes. "And no idea that this guy would turn out to be one of the greatest visionaries of our time. To me, he just seemed like a lost hippie kid." http://bit.ly/mWjFxm

PRINCE HARRY TO THE RESCUE: Per People, “Prince Harry proved himself a gentleman during a poolside incident in California last weekend – and one young beauty even got his towel show for it. In the U.S. for his military helicopter training, the royal army captain and his buddies were watching an England rugby match on TV at the rooftop pool of San Diego's Andaz Hotel, when someone got the bright idea to toss Lindsay Swagerty into the water, fully clothed.

"Prince Harry was the first to notice me when I got out and he wrapped his towel around me to keep me warm," Swagerty, 23, said after her unexpected plunge, reports Britain's Sun tabloid. "It was such a gentlemanly thing to do." http://bit.ly/qZ8reH

UM, THANKS FOR SHARING: Per Us, “Ashton Kutcher's other woman Sara Leal has a few things to get off her chest. In the new Us Weekly, the 22-year-old San Diego-based administrative assistant breaks her silence about the fateful early morning of Sept. 24 -- Kutcher's six-year anniversary with wife Demi Moore -- when she had sex with the actor, 33, following a wild, all-night party in his suite at San Diego's Hard Rock Hotel.
"He just came up and kissed me," the Texas native tells Us of Kutcher's first bold move in the wee hours; minutes later, Leal, Kutcher and another young woman were completely nude and in a hot tub on the balcony.” http://bit.ly/pfwhxe

YOU GO, URKEL: Per the Huffington Post, “If there is ever a time for Jaleel White to bust out the old classic, "Did I do that?" this will be it. Better known (and forever trapped) as the beloved nerd Steve Urkel from "Family Matters," White has made a solid career for himself since that show ended in 1998 (and), playing bit parts, (and) now he's got his very own show, as host of the just-announced Syfy game show, "Total Blackout." http://huff.to/nSWXFf

ROCKIN’ AUCTION: Per the AP, “A collection of American vintage guitars owned by actor Richard Gere has fetched nearly $1 million at auction in New York City. Tuesday's sale of 110 guitars and amplifiers at Christie's auction house included brands such as C.F. Martin, Gibson, Fender and Gretsch and guitars once owned by blues guitarist Albert King and reggae musician Peter Tosh.” http://apne.ws/nj2K91

SHE CARES: Per Reuters, “Actress and U.N. goodwill ambassador Angelina Jolie was in Libya on Tuesday for a visit to help agencies bringing aid to Libyans in Tripoli and Misrata, she said in a statement provided to Reuters. "I have come to Libya for a variety of reasons, to see a country in transition at every level and to witness efforts to fully realize the promise of the Arab Spring," Jolie said.” http://bit.ly/mYSgOJ

OCCUPY. . .WHAT, EXACTLY?: Per the Los Angeles Times, “As divergent as their world views may be, the tea party and Occupy movements share another bond. Both claimed at their conception that the media would not pay them any attention. I spent some time looking at the record, and it reflects that both got plenty of coverage, virtually from the get-go. In fact, Tom Hayden, another veteran of '60s protests, told me that in his decades of activism, he's never seen anything like this kind of media interest. Some of the coverage has been cynical, other stories less than certain, Hayden said. The latter he finds unsurprising.

"It's like the mass media is in the delivery room, and these babies are just being born," Hayden said. "I am saying, 'Let it breathe. Just let it breathe.' " Sometimes the most courageous story is the one that says: I haven't seen this before. I'm not sure what it means. I don't have a clue where it is going.” http://lat.ms/rjW1gw
