Family Restaurant closed after shooting, stabbing
October 12, 2011 - 04:58 am
Prince George’s County police have shut down a restaurant in Temple Hills days after a shooting and stabbing there.
Officers found a man shot outside the Family Restaurant on Dallas Drive on Friday. Three other men had been stabbed.
Investigators say the violence appears to have stemmed from a fight that began inside the restaurant.
This marks the second business closed under the recently passed Dance Hall Bill, which prohibits businesses to operate as dance halls without a license and that also pose a threat to public safety.
