Flash mob dance supports Avon Walk for Breast Cancer (Video)
October 22, 2011 - 09:29 pm
More than 100 professional dancers, Avon Walkers and Avon Walk supporters came together on Saturday, to perform a three minute dance flash mob in celebration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and to encourage DC-area residents to register for Avon Walk for Breast Cancer Washington DC next year, May 5-6, 2012.
The flash dance mob happened in Reston Town Center on one of its busiest days of the week. The length of the flash dance mob symbolizes the somber statistic: every three minutes in the U.S., there is a new diagnosis of breast cancer.
